Internet bank proof of concept

A proof of concept with a commercial question behind it: could an existing internet banking platform be adapted to serve a different bank entirely? Building it answered that question with working software rather than a slide deck, for one of the largest banks in the Nordics.

Development lead and developer on a short, high-visibility project. Beyond the code, the point was to demonstrate a way of working, taking the client through planning, analysis, design, development, test and release so they could see the whole method rather than only the result.
