Portfolio for Advisors

The web application Nordea’s advisors opened to understand what a customer actually owns: asset allocation, holdings today and historically, transactions, performance, profit and loss. A dense financial picture that had to stay quick to read and quick to navigate, because it was used live in front of clients.

Frontend developer and the person watching over the user experience, making sure the application made sense, looked good and stayed fast under a lot of data. I also pushed hard on how the team worked: pair programming, test-driven development, code reviews and brown bag lunches. One experiment from those years, a way of demoing we called drama driven demo, was worth writing up.
