Nordic portfolio system

A portfolio management system for Nordea’s advisors, taken Nordic. The existing frontend and backend were reworked to fit Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway, four countries each with their own rules and requirements, and a brand new back office was built from scratch alongside it.

Coding frontend architect on a mission to bring modern frontend practices into a bank environment: a solid build system, style guides, linting and testing, set up so the whole team could move fast with confidence. Just as valuable was the seat next to the end users. Working closely with the advisors who used the system every day meant feedback traveled in hours rather than weeks, and the result showed it.
